As part of the collection "Leaves Divulgadoras, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has published a manual on organic growing of grapes, which has been developed with the support of the Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture and the Union of Farmers and Ranchers of Valencia.

This publication explains step by step all the field work necessary for the production of organic table grapes, starting with the choice of variety according to factors such as climate, altitude and production goals and market, as well as techniques for grafting, the usual practice in viticulture.
