Respiration is a tea blend of Ayurvedic herbs and traditional spices and is believed to favor healthy breathing. The technique of yoga teaches breathing load Prana, a subtle force. Prana is also in the water, food and sunlight. However, the pressures of daily life, environmental pollution and poor diet limits the acquisition of Prana. Conscious breathing, especially breathing long, deep and relaxed, is one of the simplest ways to increase energy or Prana and feel more calm and centered. Respiration is a traditional ayurvedic tea mixture of eucalyptus, elecampane, basil, ginger, licorice root and other herbs. For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag. Let sit for 4 to 6 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Gently squeeze the tea bag for the active ingredients fully release into the water. This tea can be sweetened with a teaspoon of honey, which is believed to enhance the process of expectoration body.
