BioFach is, with some 300 suppliers of wine, cava and champagne, the organic wine fair in the world. Exactly a year ago today, 777 were submitted to tasting wine production for the most coveted international award BioFach 2006.

The expert jury, consisting of three representatives from the fields of oenology, gastronomy and trade, was impressed by the high quality of wines.

At the opening of BioFach 2006, 60 wines were awarded the "Gold", including 13 wines of the century were the "Great Gold" which was delivered for the first time.

For International Wine Award BioFach 2007 is expected once again a clear increase in the number of wines submitted. BioFach invites tasting, 25 and November 26 in the restaurant Centro Vasco da Gama's Fair Nürnberg, CCN Ost.
