Next Monday will begin in Zaragoza the VII National Congress of Organic Agriculture and Food, where he will participate actively Comarca Los Monegros. Those responsible for taking forward the initiative are the Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture (SEAE) a non-profit state level aimed at developing and improving the qualifications of farmers and workers engaged in agro-ecology, including commercialization and industrialization of agricultural production and organic food.

The VII Congress of Organic Agriculture and Food has the slogan 'Organic Farming: Sustainable management of water and food quality ", in order to address these two aspects of current public debate on rural development policies.

Within its Multi II Training Program in Ecological Agriculture, SEAE offer a workshop to be conducted in Sariñena the next Monday and Tuesday, given by and agro-ecological anthropologist, and Mario Ardón by economists and experts in the field, Estrella Bernal. In addition to the lectures, the seminar consists of field visits to two farms in the irrigated area, an ecological and a conventional and a consumer cooperative environment.

On the other hand, the next month Los Monegros in November will host three workshops related to organic farming on the subjects of agroganadería, dry and aromatic plants.
