Japanese organic brown rice UDON
These noodles are traditionally made in extraordinary line of whole grain pasta that Japanese have been made. The producers freshly mills select grains for each batch, and prepares their pastas by the centuries-old roll-and-cut method. The long strands are slowly air-dried, using no artificial heat, then cut and packaged. Their skill and commitment to quality is evidenced by the fresh, homemade flavor and uncommonly good texture of Sakurai pastas. Exceptional!
Brown Rice Udon Pasta is an original developed by the family for Mitoku Sakurai. A perfect blend of brown rice and wheat flours, it is delicious topped with your favorite sauce, in salads, fried Nood dishes, or Japanese-style, in a savory broth seasoned with tamari, scallions and wasabi. Made exclusively at the Sakurai workshop in the mountains of central Japan Gifu. Truly exceptional quality.
