Linwoods Super Porridge! ½ cup of dry oat meal 1 cup of water 2 dessert spoonfuls of Linwoods Milled Organic Flax, Sesame, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds and Goji Berries. ½ cup of Blueberries Mix oatmeal, water, and Linwoods Flax, Sesame, SunFlower, Pumpkin & Goji Berries. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 2 to 3 min. Add Blueberries and enjoy! Makes a single serving
