SPAGHETTI RECIPES WITH INTEGRAL
Integral spaghetti with vegetables
Ingredients:
• Spaghetti comprehensive
• Zucchini chopped

Preparation:

Lemon Spaghetti with squid integral onions to mustard
Ingredients:
• 250 grams of grain spaghetti
• 2 medium squid
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, fresh parsley
• juice of 1 lemon, dill oil
• olive oil
• black pepper
• balsamic vinegar
• salt
Preparation:
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions indicate to al dente.

Ingredients:

• 2 garlic

• a bit of olive oil
Preparation:
